Self defencE bootcamp

Our Self Defence Bootcamp sessions are weekly 60 minute session spread over 6 consecutive weeks at our location in Cobham Surrey. The Boot camp is ideal for those who want to further hone their physical Self Defence skills whilst helping to further develop a combative mindset whilst pushing your fitness level to new heights!

Each of the sessions have been designed to build a tool box of strategies for enhanced Persona Defence. We use a combination of body weight exercises, partner drills and pad work to help you unleash the Warrior within!

Please note: Participants need to have completed the Personal Defence Fundamentals seminar before joining.
