Self defencE bootcamp
Our Self defence Bootcamp sessions are weekly 60 minute session spread over 6 consecutive weeks at our location in Guildford Surrey, the Boot camp is ideal for those who want to further hone their physical Self Defence skills whilst helping to further develop a combative mindset and get you physically fit at the same time!
Each of the sessions have been designed to build a tool box of strategies for enhanced self defence. We use a combination of body weight exercises, partner drills and pad work to help you unleash the Warrior within!
Please note: Participants need to have completed the Personal Defence Fundamentals seminar before joining.
